Job summary

Star Services is seeking an experienced security operations professional to oversee and optimize security across a large industrial setting. You will manage access control, gate operations, and security surveillance while coordinating with multiple departments to maintain safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial security, 5+ years in security operations, and a track record of supervising security teams in heavy industry environments.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Diploma/certification in Security Management, Industrial Security or a related field will be an advantage.
• Valid security/safety-related training or certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in security operations, preferably in a steel plant, steel mill, heavy industry, manufacturing plant, refinery, power plant or other large industrial facility.
• Experience in managing plant security operations, access control, gate operations, material movement and security surveillance.
• Experience supervising security personnel and coordinating with multiple departments.
