About the role:

We are looking for Officer - POS Support to offer technical, functional and product support for Merchant Acquiring POS Business in a seamless and error free manner. Key deliverables include managing POS inventory, terminal configuration, projects support, BAT, installation of terminals at merchant location, supporting ECR Integration & training merchants. Also providing post installation support & services for existing merchants. This role is driven under pre-defined SLA which shall be measured against individual’s performance.This role will be reporting to Vice President - Merchant Acquiring & Skiply Products with a dynamic team of 7 members.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • In-depth technical, functional knowledge of various POS machines, respective Terminal Management System, authorization switch and merchant payment system.
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot terminal issues over the call or visit merchant outlet if required.
  • Conducting POS Terminal testing, certification, integration with ECR/switch/processor.
  • Inventory Management, MIS generation and publishing to relevant stake holders.
  • Support existing Digital products.
  • Deliver training sessions to colleagues and merchants on the use of Bank’s POS products.
  • Deliver training sessions to merchants for Dynamic Currency Conversion.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in Merchant Acquiring POS Operations.
