-Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect, enter, clean, and analyze data for creating databases and performing the appropriate statistical data analysis.
- Assist with the preparation of meeting’s summaries, B2B Meetings’ agendas and internal and external presentations.
- Keep the center’s website, social medial channels and newsletters updated with the contents.
- Support HTMC Directors with the leads and new business opportunities generation for the centre.
- Carry out administrative tasks, scheduling appointments over the phone and through email.
- Any other assigned responsibilities.

- Ability to compile, review, filter, synthesize, and interpret information which is varied in content, format, languages, and sources.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to produce high quality and accurate work documents with minimal supervision in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and extremely tight deadline pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (written, oral and visual).
- Ability to work effectively with the staff at all levels as well as experience in working with agile development teams and remote setups.
- Uphold the code of ethics and business conduct.
-Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, International Business, or relevant equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years working as a researcher or consultant
-Communication Skills:
- Fluent in English. Other languages, such as Arabic, Spanish, Chinese or French, are a plus.
- ICT Skills: Extensive knowledge and competent handling of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
