Job Description
To achieve sales targets from branches and from outside customers of all Products to cover the assigned monthly targets.
Generate and follow up on leads and referrals and tap walk-in customers in branches to ensure business conversion.
Maintain complete records and proper documentation of all related products to ensure effective compliance.
Daily sales reporting to the assigned Branch Manager and provide regular feedback on target achievement to ensure and keep track of monthly and yearly targets and sales activities.
Promote and educate customers of the branch on the current promotions and offers, which will enhance the sales of the assigned branch.
Approach existing and new customers in and out of the branch to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
Conduct cold calling, telephonic, and field visits to existing and new customers for business conversion.
Provide necessary advice on investments/financial solutions based on the needs of customers.
Provide assistance and support to new and existing staff in cross-selling techniques based on products, within and outside the branch.
Competencies/Skills
Ability to identify customer needs in the branch and outside.
Ability to deal with walk-in customers of the branch and outside.
Ability to adhere to the policies and compliance requirements defined by the bank.
Ability to generate assigned target sales from bank customers.
Fresher's / minimum 2 - 3 years of experience.
Experience in sales and customer service (an added advantage, but not necessary).
