Job summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment professional with offshore experience to oversee HSE work plans, audits, and risk assessments across site operations.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and at least 6 years in HSE, including offshore. NEBOSH IGC and appropriate maritime CoC are preferred. The position emphasizes safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within the ADNOC group.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 6 years of HSE relevant experience, including at least 5 years in the Offshore industry.
  • Chief Officers CoC or 2nd Engineers marine.
  • NEBOSH IGC.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor HSEQ events and performance as per work plans.
  • Coordinate and participate in HSE audits and campaigns.
  • Assist in internal and external HSE audits for the business unit.
  • Review and verify risk assessments and site HSE documents.
  • Contribute to HSE promotional activities and site campaigns.

About the Job:

Support and advice the Business Unit assign task on all aspects with regards to Health and Safety. Establish, manage and monitor standards, processes, communications, awareness and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with Health and Safety within ADNOC L & S are adhered to.

Key Accountabilities
Job Specific Accountabilities
  • Compliance with effective performance monitoring and reporting of Business Units HSE Work Plans
  • Monitor HSEQ events Plans (HSE in-house training, campaigns awareness, and workshops)
  • Contribute to the development, implementation of Site HSE Activities participate in Site HSE Activities
  • (Facilities Inspection, Site HSE inspection, Site monitoring and HSE Meetings)
  • Issuance of work stoppage for unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
  • Initiate incident notification for any accident.
  • Analysis and close out of HSE observation cards received.
  • Review of document submittals related to HSE such as Risk Assessments.
  • Monitor and Update of action tracking sheet for Marine associated inspection, accidents, site HSE
  • inspection and observation cards received.
  • Contribute in HSE promotional activities such as in the participating in HSE Campaigns and HSE
  • award functions, and other HSE activities.
  • Assist in the internal and external audit related to business unit
  • Report the undesirable conditions at the site with recommendations for improvement in order to
  • achieve HSE objectives.
  • Collecting, Analyzing and submitting monthly HSE Performance statistic of assign business unit
  • including contractors.
  • Ensure awareness session is carried out pertaining to HSE topics, HSE flash and Lesson Learn in
  • assign business unit Verify compliance to applicable ADNOC Standard to assign business unit
Minimum Requirtments:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent
  • 6 years of HSE relevant experience, including at least 5 years in the Offshore industry
Professional Certifications:
  • Chief Officers CoC or 2nd Engineers marine
  • National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH IGC)
