We are looking for a Finance Officer to support key financial activities, including transaction management, reporting, audits, and compliance. This role provides a great opportunity to develop expertise in financial processes, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Oversee remittance tracking, invoice processing, and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, including budget preparation, cash flow monitoring, and tax compliance.
• Handle bank correspondence, letter of credit processing, and vendor/customer account management.
• Support financial audits, fixed asset management, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Administer finance-related systems such as SAP, SAP Concur, and credit card management platforms.
• Assist in strategic financial planning, including business plan budgeting, variance analysis, and cost monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and update financial records, forms, and processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Provide support for ad hoc financial requests.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury operations.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, reporting standards, and compliance regulations.
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial data management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency in SAP, SAP Concur, or similar ERP systems for financial reporting and transactions.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
