About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Officer to help grow our freight and logistics business in Dubai. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales performance in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, exhibitions, and client visits.

  • Handle enquiries from freight forwarders, prepare quotations, and convert them into confirmed orders.

  • Maintain strong market awareness, monitor competitor activity, and adapt strategies to meet customer needs.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.

  • Resolve account-related issues including payments and service concerns.

  • Enhance brand awareness through client engagement and consistent reporting.
