Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately and take messages.
  • Manage the reception area ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document handling.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
  • Coordinate with office staff and support administrative functions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in administration is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.
