About the Role

As an Office Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing high-level administrative support to senior management. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to handling tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for executives.
  • Handle internal and external communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reports.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in daily office operations and liaise with various departments as needed.
  • Support event planning and marketing activities when required.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.
  • Professional demeanor and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in a marketing or creative environment is an advantage.
