Our client, a global trading company based in Dubai, is seeking a highly proactive and well-organised Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the head office. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on administrative experience in the UAE, and a results-oriented attitude.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all office operations to maintain organisational efficiency.
Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks for seamless daily operations.
Manage inventory of office supplies and oversee procurement procedures.
Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and guest reception.
Oversee use and maintenance of office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
Organise internal and external meetings, bookings, and staff scheduling.
Maintain filing systems and documentation, both physical and digital.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
Support onboarding of new employees and assist with basic HR administration.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance office productivity.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant role in the UAE.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general office software.
Hands-on experience with office equipment.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Exceptional time management, organisational, and multi-tasking abilities.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Available to join within one month or less.
