Job Description

Our client, a global trading company based in Dubai, is seeking a highly proactive and well-organised Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the head office. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on administrative experience in the UAE, and a results-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all office operations to maintain organisational efficiency.

  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks for seamless daily operations.

  • Manage inventory of office supplies and oversee procurement procedures.

  • Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and guest reception.

  • Oversee use and maintenance of office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).

  • Organise internal and external meetings, bookings, and staff scheduling.

  • Maintain filing systems and documentation, both physical and digital.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.

  • Support onboarding of new employees and assist with basic HR administration.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance office productivity.

Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant role in the UAE.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general office software.

  • Hands-on experience with office equipment.

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Exceptional time management, organisational, and multi-tasking abilities.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Available to join within one month or less.
