Charterhouse are working in partnership with a leading Investment Firm with a strong presence across multiple sectors, particularly across Real Estate Development and Hospitality. Our client is currently looking to hire an Office Manager to provide strategic and administrative support to the Executive Office.

The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations and strategic support functions of the executive office. This role blends high-level executive support along with collaborating with various departments to facilitate cross-functional initiatives and contributing towards enhancing the business’ positioning in the region. The role will be tasked with calendar management, preparing briefing materials, organising travel itineraries and representing the executive office in a professional manner when engaging with stakeholders.

As the primary point of contact for all administrative matters pertaining to the executive office, this role requires keen attention to detail while handling correspondence and ensuring timely and professional communication alongside flexibility to support business needs. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience providing comprehensive administrative support at a C-suite level, and ensuring that critical projects and initiatives are effectively coordinated.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related fields, alongside at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate or property development industry. Due to the nature of the industry, familiarity with the real estate landscape and regulations in the UAE is essential, coupled with experience working with HNWI. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential for this role. Our client is looking for someone who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of integrity and reliability. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships across all levels of the organisation would be advantageous.
