About Fuse
Fuse is rebuilding clearing from the ground up. Fintech has gone global and emerging markets have become growth markets, transitioning from high risk jurisdictions to must have corridors, but clearing banks haven't evolved. We believe the clearing stack needs to be rebuilt. Treasury pooling and/or stablecoins fix surface level issues, but no one is rebuilding the underlying infrastructure in each market - from correspondent nostro account networks to clearing on local central banks.
We're building a new type of clearing bank, connecting globally important growth markets (such as the Middle East, China, India, Turkey and many more) to G7 currencies through named virtual accounts in every jurisdiction. We take quality very seriously - using our own direct central bank clearing where possible, applying for global banking licenses, operating a universal reliance KYC model - all to ensure the same few lines of code enables a correctly named payment from a local account in every market, making us the ideal clearing partner for any cross border payment.
The role We're looking for an People Operations Manager to join our Dubai HQ and make Fuse an exceptional place to work - both in how our office runs and in how our people experience life at Fuse.
You'll be responsible for ensuring our flagship office is smooth, well-equipped, and energising, while also driving key people operations initiatives - from onboarding and employee engagement to supporting recruitment and talent processes. You'll be the bridge between our physical environment and our people experience, ensuring both are world-class.
Your day to day will include:
- Overseeing the smooth daily running of the Fuse HQ, ensuring the office is always clean, organised, and ready for action.
- Liaising with cleaning, maintenance, and building management teams to keep the space in top shape.
- Managing office supplies and keeping fridges, coffee machines, and snacks stocked.
- Preparing the office for meetings, events, and visitors - from board meetings to team socials.
- Coordinating office events and initiatives to make the workplace fun, collaborative, and motivating.
- Managing relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Handling people operations admin, including visa applications, onboarding paperwork, and HR systems updates.
- Supporting recruitment activities, from scheduling interviews to liaising with candidates.
- Owning the onboarding experience for new hires in Dubai and ensuring global hires have a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and acting as a culture champion within the business.
- Maintaining accurate people data and supporting the implementation of policies and processes.

Requirements- Proven experience in office management, people operations, or a combined operations role.
- Experience supporting HR processes such as onboarding, visa applications, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of both office and people operations.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong bias to execution - you get things done quickly and to a high standard.
Bonus points for:- Experience in a high-growth fintech, tech, or startup environment.
- Knowledge of UAE labour laws and visa processes.
- Experience coordinating recruitment activities or managing HR systems.
- Previous experience in culture, employee experience, or event management roles.
