Office Manager - Sharjah, UAE (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As an Indian national, you will be preferred for this role. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an Office Manager and must be able to communicate in English. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month and includes visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the office including coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and managing administrative tasks.
- Oversee and manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication within the organization.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the management.
- Handle employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave requests, and other HR-related matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other external parties as needed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an Office Manager or in a similar role is required.
- Must be an Indian national with excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of office management software such as Microsoft Office is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
