Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the operations of three office locations within our large real estate firm in Dubai. This role involves managing a range of office functions, including staff coordination, maintenance, supplies, event organisation, and cross-departmental collaboration. You will lead a team of two direct reports and work closely with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate office assistants, drivers, and admin support.
  • Oversee office maintenance, suppliers, and service contracts.
  • Manage office supplies, meeting rooms, and reception areas.
  • Coordinate events, developer briefings, and internal celebrations.
  • Handle vehicle permits, parking, and access cards.
  • Liaise with photographers, vendors, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven office management or senior admin experience (real estate or corporate preferred).
  • Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication; fluent in English
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
