Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate their activities.
  • Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement.
  • Assist management with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support HR functions including onboarding, employee records, and office culture initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support company operations.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and contribute to organizational development.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience in logistics or relocation services will be an added advantage.
