We are now seeking a stellar Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and create an organized and efficient office environment in Dubai.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle office challenges proactively.
  • Experience with budget management and office resource allocation.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage office operations to ensure a productive, organized, and efficient work environment.
  2. Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
  3. Coordinate and support travel arrangements, events, and team meetings to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Maintain office budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
  5. Serve as the point of contact for all office-related inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, office policies, and company procedures.
  7. Assist with onboarding new hires, coordinating the setup of workstations and office equipment.
  8. Support HR and finance teams with necessary documentation and administrative duties.
  9. Manage office maintenance and vendor relationships to ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
  10. Coordinate employee wellness and team-building activities to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
