Job description

A young dynamic organisation specialising in multi-million investments is seeking an outstanding Office Manager who possess high energy and drive to ensure the office runs seamlessly. Responsibilities will include ensuring the office runs efficiently at all times, putting into place office procedures and systems, coordinating suppliers and vendors from stationery, flowers and refreshments. In addition you will also provide PA support to the main Directors from time to time which will include travel management, arranging meetings and assisting with projects.

The ideal candidate must have a "can do" attitude, willing to put their mind to any task in hand and enjoy working as an integral part of this "go-getting" organisation. Our client is looking for commitment and proven Office Management experience preferably within Dubai but most importantly they are looking for someone who is creative in their approach and can use their initiative in helping the organisation grow.

Salary banding 18-24,000 depending on age and experience.
