We are currently hiring on behalf of a well-established holding company in Dubai that is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of their office environment.

About the Role

As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining an efficient, organized, and productive office environment. You will be responsible for managing administrative functions, supporting senior leadership, and supervising daily office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all daily administrative office operations.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Handle correspondence, document management, and reporting duties.
  • Ensure office compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
  • Liaise with HR and Finance departments on payroll, onboarding, and general support.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and office functions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment for employees and guests.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
