Overview

The Office Manager will oversee overall office operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments. This role requires a proactive, disciplined leader, preferably with a military background or equivalent structured operational experience. The Office Manager will manage day-to-day office activities and lead a team of over 20 employees, ensuring all business centre operations and corporate services run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee overall office operations across all departments, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of more than 20 employees.
  • Lead company formation and business setup initiatives, leveraging expertise in regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize performance.
  • Monitor office performance metrics and prepare regular reports and dashboards for the Group CEO.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle vendor management, procurement, and office infrastructure needs.
  • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office management, operations, or corporate services.
  • Military background or equivalent experience demonstrating discipline, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in company formation, business setup, and business centre management is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of managing large teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in office software and operational tools.
  • Minimum experience managing operations of 3 entities.
  • Total 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
