Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll oversee administrative functions, engage with diverse stakeholders, and champion efficiency in a fast-paced, multicultural setting. Key Responsibilities

  • Streamline and enhance office systems, managing resources and operational workflows.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering outstanding service.
  • Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and prepare reports, negotiate contracts.
  • Develop and enforce office policies to boost efficiency and align with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and training for administrative staff within a diverse team.
  • Interpret reports and trends to guide management decisions and support financial goals.
  • Coordinate with procurement and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure service excellence managing call center, office management, and reception functions.
  • Collaborate with business-critical departments to support strategic business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary education in administration or equivalent experience in a comparable role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service and office administration.
  • Full proficiency in English (additional languages advantageous).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills; industry experience is a bonus.
  • Proven success in multicultural settings and leading diverse teams.
