Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative functions, preferably in an international company.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.
  • Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), fluent in Russian (C1-C2) and English (B2).

Responsibilities

Job description

At AM PM, we are experts in creating premium bathroom products that redefine luxury living. As we continue to grow and reach new heights, we are looking for an exceptional Office Manager to support our Dubai team and contribute to the company's success.

Tasks
  1. Document Management & DMCC Interaction
    • Manage the company's DMCC account: license renewals, requests for extracts, and other documentation
    • Maintain and update corporate documents and records
    • Prepare, send, and track signed documents
  2. Employee Onboarding & Support
    • Organize visa support, medical insurance, and health checks
    • Support employees with registrations in DMCC and systems like Al Ansari
    • Assist new hires with relocation, housing search, and SIM card registration
  3. Office Administration
    • Coordinate with landlords, building management, and utility providers
    • Handle maintenance issues (e.g., air conditioning, office equipment)
    • Manage office supplies and equipment procurement (including IT hardware in cooperation with the IT department)
  4. Project & Task Coordination
    • Manage multiple tasks and small projects, prioritizing effectively under tight deadlines
    • Solve non-standard administrative and HR-related issues
  5. HR Administration
    • Organize onboarding, offboarding, vacation, and business trip processes
    • Maintain records of leaves, insurance, and other HR documentation in compliance with UAE law
    • Liaise with HR department, free zone authorities, and external vendors
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in administrative functions, preferably in an international company
  2. Strong project management skills: planning, time management, resource coordination
  3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  4. Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  5. Russian level: C1-C2
  6. English level: B2 or higher
  7. Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  8. Highly organized and detail-oriented
  9. Proactive problem-solving mindset
