Qualifications

  • Expérience prouvée dans des fonctions administratives, de préférence dans une entreprise internationale.
  • Connaissance de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Anglais niveau B2 ou supérieur.

Responsibilities

  • Gérer le compte DMCC de l'entreprise et maintenir les documents corporatifs.
  • Organiser le soutien à l'onboarding des employés et gérer les tâches administratives.
  • Coordonner les tâches de bureau et résoudre les problèmes administratifs.

Job description

At AM PM , we're experts in creating premium bathroom products that redefine the essence of luxury living. As we continue to grow, break boundaries, and reach new heights, we are looking for an exceptional Office Manager to support our Dubai team and contribute to the company’s success.

Tasks

Document Management & DMCC Interaction

  • Manage the company’s DMCC account : license renewals, request for extracts, and other documentation
  • Maintain and update corporate documents and records
  • Prepare, send, and track signed documents

Employee Onboarding & Support

  • Organize visa support, medical insurance, and health checks
  • Support employees with registrations in DMCC and systems like Al Ansari
  • Assist new hires with relocation, housing search, and SIM card registration

Office Administration

  • Coordinate with landlords, building management, and utility providers
  • Handle maintenance issues (e.g., air conditioning, office equipment)
  • Manage office supplies and equipment procurement (including IT hardware in cooperation with the IT department)

Project & Task Coordination

  • Manage multiple tasks and small projects, prioritizing effectively under tight deadlines
  • Solve non-standard administrative and HR-related issues

HR Administration

  • Organize onboarding, offboarding, vacation, and business trip processes
  • Maintain records of leaves, insurance, and other HR documentation in compliance with UAE law
  • Liaise with HR department, free zone authorities, and external vendors

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative functions, preferably in an international company
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • English level : B2 or higher
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
