Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support cross-functional staff including:

  • Sales & Marketing Associates
  • HR Officers
  • Graphic Designers & Product Developers
  • Customer Service Representatives
  • Drivers and Administrative Personnel
  • Ensure smooth coordination and workflow across departments
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Drive productivity, monitor KPIs, and address team challenges
  • Coordinate with Finance and IT managers to align operational priorities
  • Represent the CEO’s directives and ensure execution across teams
  • Maintain a professional and positive work environment

Requirements
