Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented and well-organized personality (m/f/d) for the office management department who will support us in the efficient organization and optimization of our operational processes. This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the success of our company with clear structures and a process-oriented way of working.

Your area of responsibility:
  1. Administrative tasks: processing orders, creating invoices, monitoring payments, maintaining personnel files, recording receipts and managing inventory.
  2. Secretarial and assistant duties: Supporting the management by writing letters, emails, notes and minutes.
  3. Customer contact: Direct and telephone communication with customers on organizational issues in order to offer efficient solutions.
  4. Event management: Support in the organization of trips and seminars, especially for national and international projects.
