Job Summary:

REAPHR is looking for a reliable and organized Office Boy for one of our leading clients in Al Ain UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily office operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with administrative tasks, and handling routine office duties to create a productive and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office pantry and common areas.
  2. Serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water) to staff, visitors, and clients.
  3. Assist in basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.
  4. Handle errands such as banking, mail deliveries, or document submissions as needed.
  5. Monitor and restock office and pantry supplies to ensure availability.
  6. Provide support to HR and recruitment consultants with clerical tasks when required.
  7. Manage the reception area in the absence of the receptionist.
  8. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as an office assistant, office boy, or in a similar role.
  2. Strong communication skills in Hindi, Urdu, and English.
  3. Punctual, disciplined, and presentable with a professional attitude.
  4. Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
  5. Must be currently based in Al Ain UAE with a valid visa (Own Visa).
