  • Accurately input and update data in various databases and systems, ensuring consistency and reliability of information.
  • Perform routine data validation and cleansing to maintain data integrity and eliminate errors in spreadsheets and databases.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage.
  • Prepare and generate reports from databases as requested by management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Coordinate and manage office supplies inventory, ensuring timely reordering to support daily operations.
  • Provide administrative support to various teams by scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Respond to inquiries via email and phone, effectively communicating information to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and setting up accounts in relevant systems.
