We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support for our office.
Job Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
Answer phones, direct calls, take detailed messages.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous office experience preferred but not required.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality.
Good time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
