JOB TITLE Office Assistant | MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions UAE
Role Summary The position is reponsible to provide timely administrative assistance in the assigned corporate offices, to all MAF staff and visitors covering pantry services, stationary supplies and documentation to ensure smooth day to day operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the pantry areas in the assigned asset and ensure that it is kept clean and tidy.
- Serve refreshments to the visitors in corporate offices
- Assist departments in filing, photocopying, and document binding related work.
- Provide stationary / supplies to staff as per request.
- Restocking snacks, beverages, utensils, and other pantry items
- Monitoring inventory levels of pantry and kitchen consumables
- Operating and cleaning coffee machines and kitchen appliances
- Scheduling servicing or maintenance as needed
Requirements
- Experience with Office Equipment and Appliances.
- Converse in basic English language.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in the capacity of an Office Assistant role in UAE.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills.
