We are seeking a highly organized and presentable Office Assistant to support our daily operations and maintain the smooth functioning of our office environment.

Role Summary:

The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling front-desk duties, coordinating office activities, supporting administrative staff, and ensuring the office is professional and well-maintained at all times. A high level of English and polished communication skills are critical to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-desk duties: answering phones, greeting visitors, handling inquiries
  • Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and vendor communications
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, booking travel, and maintaining calendars
  • Organize and file documents both digitally and physically
  • Support HR, admin, and finance teams with document processing and basic reporting
  • Ensure cleanliness and order of reception and common areas
  • Handle couriers, mail, and office deliveries
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company-related information

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an administrative or office assistant role
  • Exceptional command of English – both verbal and written
  • Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor
