Overview

The Role Position Summary: This position entails a reliable and responsible office girl to support the daily office operations and maintain cleanliness and hospitality standards within the NIP Office premises. The ideal candidate will ensure that the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for employees and VIP clients, guests and other visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Attend any queries or requests from the VIP guests, visitors and employees.
  • Prepare and serve water, tea or coffee maintaining the hygiene with utmost care.
  • Maintain the kitchen / pantry and ensure to keep it very clean and tidy at all times.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the office premises by vacuuming the carpeted floor and keeping the workplace neat and tidy.
  • Maintain the stock of necessary refreshment material and properly store under custody and inform the front desk for any replenishment of items.
  • Greeting guests and visitors coming to the office and directing the visitors, guests to the correct employee.
  • Assists the employees in errands to get the afternoon meals from the building basement.
  • Assist the front desk to procure necessary items from the supermarkets around the office.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a Property / Real Estate company or in a corporate setting as well.
  • High school qualification required.
  • Should be able to communicate well in English language.
  • Should be very presentable, well mannered, responsible, punctual and trustworthy.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of the team.
  • Should be able to use the printing machine for photocopy, scanning and assist the employees with the prints.
