Job description

The Office and Operations Assistant Intern will provide administrative support and assist with day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks from managing office supplies to coordinating with different departments, contributing to operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.

What you’ll do :

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering items.
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Help manage office layout and order stationery and equipment.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Support office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Arrange travel bookings for team members including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Work with the IT department to help maintain office IT assets and inventory.
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic IT issues and coordinate with IT for more complex problems.
