Position: Office Administrator (Female) with HR Background
Location: Dubai Fulltime Onsite
Salary: AED 4000 - AED 5000/month

A well-established organization in the UAE is looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator (Female) with a strong background in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative duties and support overall office coordination.
  • Maintain accurate employee files, contracts, and HR records.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and handling basic HR functions such as attendance and leave management.
  • Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for interviews, document collection, and follow-ups.
  • Serve as the go-to person for staff queries related to HR and administrative matters.
  • Support senior management with day-to-day operational and clerical tasks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office administration with HR exposure, preferably in the UAE.
