Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to handle office administration while also managing public relations activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain effective external communication.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee general office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external parties.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage external visits.
  • Support HR and management with administrative tasks as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in office management and/or public relations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
