Office Administrator & Data Entry Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator & Data Entry Specialist to manage daily administrative operations and ensure accurate data management across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating office tasks, supporting various departments, and maintaining databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Oversee general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and office maintenance.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Support multiple departments with document preparation, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Maintain and update office records, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing company events, travel arrangements, and training sessions.
- Accurately enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
- Ensure data integrity by reviewing, correcting, and verifying entries.
- Compile and organize reports, documentation, and records for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with department teams to collect and process relevant data.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.) and basic IT troubleshooting is a plus.
