  • Monitoring and controlling air tickets for business trips
  • Procurement of office supplies and other requirements
  • Attending to guests and visitors
  • Supporting annual exhibitions
  • Supporting top management
  • Providing employee guidance and support
  • Assisting sales managers with business trips and schedules
  • Overseeing fire drills and office safety precautions
  • Renewal of insurance policies
  • Monitoring employee annual leaves, sick leaves, and absences
  • Handling other HR and administrative matters

  • UAE experience
