Overview
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure all administrative processes run efficiently.
- Manage KYC and AML documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
- Process and manage Trakheesi permits and RERA documentation for property listings.
- Maintain company bookkeeping records, expense tracking, and reporting support for management.
- Approve, upload, and monitor listings across major portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).
- Manage CRM system (e.g., PropSpace), keeping records accurate and updated.
- Support HR functions including visa processing, employee records, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law in relation to contracts and company policies.
- Liaise with management on reporting, operational performance, and compliance updates.
- Provide marketing and listing support including photo editing (Photoshop / Lightroom).
Salary range quoted will be based on experience gained within the Real Estate industry, with further salary increases and progression into management positions as the company grows.
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration within a Dubai real estate brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of KYC / AML processes and compliance requirements.
- Familiar with UAE Labour Law and visa processing procedures.
- Proficient in bookkeeping and financial administration.
- Experience using real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).
- Skilled in CRM management (PropSpace or equivalent).
- Proficient in MS Office; Photoshop / Lightroom experience required.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
