Office Administrator Vacancy in Dubai, UAE
Position Overview: The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring smooth office operations and supporting various business tasks. The role includes managing front office duties, handling correspondence, procurement, and supporting HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee records, onboarding, and HR duties.
- Manage expense reporting, receipts, submissions, and payments.
- Address staff inquiries related to office administration (stationery, hardware, travel arrangements).
- Support executive team in managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners through communication, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a pleasant and organized workplace, ensuring safety and communication standards.
- Oversee office supplies, vendor relationships, and billing on a weekly basis.
- Supervise office equipment maintenance (copiers, printers, recycling bins).
- Coordinate with IT department regarding office devices.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR, management, and secretarial roles, preferably with remote headquarters and teams.
- Knowledge of UAE visas, medical insurance, and office administration.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and teamwork skills.
- Strong cross-cultural and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with office software and equipment.
- Fluent in English, with excellent writing and verbal skills.
- Minimum of 5 years recent experience in administrative or office management roles, including governmental relations, in Dubai.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- Ability to engage effectively with employees, clients, visitors, and government agencies.
