Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and support our executive team. This individual will be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth functioning of workflows, renewals, client coordination, and internal documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations including scheduling, filing, and client coordination
  • Handle document renewals including company licenses, visas, tenancy, and related admin
  • Support HR tasks such as coordinating staff documents, leave records, and onboarding
  • Interface with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high-standard communications
  • Maintain utility accounts, office supply management, and service provider liaison
  • Assist with internal scheduling, meeting preparations, and visitor reception
  • Maintain and update company records and regulatory compliance folders
  • Provide administrative support across associated departments as needed
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks or duties assigned by management

Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of administrative or office management experience (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience with document renewals and coordination with Dubai government portals is a plus
  • Self-starter with a proactive and client-oriented attitude
  • Experience with managing multi-role functions (HR, admin, scheduling) is desirable
  • UAE driving license is a plus
