About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable Administrative Staff member to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for internal operations and external stakeholders, your role is critical in ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel logistics
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems (both digital and physical)
  • Handle incoming communications (emails, phone calls, visitors)
  • Assist in organising company events and internal processes
  • Support HR, finance, and operations teams with administrative needs
  • Monitor office supplies and manage procurement
  • Ensure a well-maintained and welcoming office environment

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or office support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude and team spirit
