Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities Admin

  • Manage phone calls, emails, greet guests, and offer refreshments
  • Organize and maintain invoices and petty cash
  • Oversee general office operations including: Office maintenance, Courier and delivery management, Pantry and stationery supplies, Tracking renewals of office staff documents
  • Handle travel arrangements (visa application, bookings flight, hotels and transport)

Key Responsibilities Business

  • Update and maintain doctor/healthcare provider profiles
  • Respond to patient and general inquiries (email, phone, website)
  • Maintain and update a calendar of medical events and conferences
  • Assist team with basic website testing and reporting any issues

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Strong Clerical Skills
  • Proficiency in standard office software and tools
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
