What You Will Do:

  • Keep our office a well-oiled machine by managing daily admin tasks, supplies, and workspace organization
  • Be the go-to person between management, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination
  • Coordinate and Support HR processes like onboarding, payroll, and employee documentation—people are your thing!
  • Manage emails, calls, and correspondence like a pro—efficient, friendly, and always on top of things
  • Take charge of meetings: scheduling, prep work, and follow-ups to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Regularly prepare reports and support management on varying administrative tasks

Experience:

Preferred Background: Proven experience in office management or administration

Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HR processes such as payroll and employee documentation
  • Ability to manage office operations and supply chain coordination
  • Knowledge of performance reporting and data management
