As a Tapster you will:

  • Manage sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions impacting the company's global operations.
  • Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events.
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, and support documents for organizational objectives.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for executives.
  • Prepare expense reports.
  • Screen calls, take messages, respond to requests, and refer non-routine calls appropriately.
  • Draft correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and other organizational communications.
  • Greet guests and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Use discretion and good judgment with sensitive information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by executives.
  • Organize complex calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Manage office administration, liaising with PRO, supporting HR, and handling country-specific matters.
  • Manage pantry and office supplies.
  • Coordinate with facility management on parking, lease agreements, insurance, and janitorial services.

Provide basic IT and office support, including:

  • Follow-up on internet renewal
  • Router replacement
  • IT assets procurement, maintenance, repair, and inventory management

Manage travel logistics, answer landline calls, support leadership with reports and correspondence, oversee medical insurance renewal, and perform other duties as needed.

What you will bring to the party;

  • 2+ years experience supporting executive-level individuals, ideally in a tech startup or large tech company.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs & Microsoft Office.
  • Experience supporting local and international offices administratively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ideally Arabic.
  • An outgoing, bubbly personality.
