Position: Office Administrator

Location: Al Quoz, Dubai

Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month + benefits

I am currently partnering with a leading client in the wellness and services sector to support their search for an Office Administrator/Accounts

This role is ideal for a well-organized and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within a supportive and structured setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and coordination of internal communications.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating records, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Support HR with onboarding processes, employee documentation, and attendance tracking.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Assist management with ad-hoc tasks and operational requirements as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
