Job description
  1. Managing office supplies, ordering new stock when needed.
  2. Handling correspondence (emails, calls, letters).
  3. Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  4. Maintaining office records and documentation.
  5. Preparing reports and presentations.
  6. Assisting with payroll processing.
  7. Managing invoices, expenses, and petty cash.
  8. Keeping records of financial transactions.
  9. Acting as a point of contact between employees, management, and external clients.
  10. Distributing company communications and updates.
  11. Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  12. Assisting in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees.
  13. Maintaining employee records and attendance.
  14. Organizing company events and team-building activities.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with office management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, CRM tools).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle phone calls, emails, and reports professionally.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and solving office-related issues.
