Job Description:
As a Tapster, you will:
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company.
- Maintain a daily calendar of meetings and events.
- Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents to support organizational objectives.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for executives.
- Prepare expense reports.
- Screen incoming calls, take and deliver messages, respond to requests, and refer non-routine calls to appropriate staff.
- Draft and prepare internal and external correspondence, including announcements and board meetings.
- Greet guests and handle inquiries via phone or in person.
- Use discretion and good judgment to handle sensitive information.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Organize complex calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Manage daily office administration, liaising with PRO, HR, and handling country-specific matters.
- Manage pantry orders and coordinate with facility management for parking, lease agreements, insurance, and janitorial services.
- Provide basic IT and office support, including internet renewal, router replacement, IT asset management, and maintenance.
- Manage travel logistics and answer landline calls.
- Support leadership with reports, correspondence, and other tasks.
- Oversee medical insurance renewal and follow-up.
- Perform other duties as required based on business needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting executive roles, preferably in tech startups or large tech companies.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
- Experience supporting local and international offices.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- An outgoing and bubbly personality is essential.
