Job Description:

As a Tapster, you will:

  1. Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company.
  2. Maintain a daily calendar of meetings and events.
  3. Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents to support organizational objectives.
  4. Arrange travel and accommodation for executives.
  5. Prepare expense reports.
  6. Screen incoming calls, take and deliver messages, respond to requests, and refer non-routine calls to appropriate staff.
  7. Draft and prepare internal and external correspondence, including announcements and board meetings.
  8. Greet guests and handle inquiries via phone or in person.
  9. Use discretion and good judgment to handle sensitive information.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned by executives.
  11. Organize complex calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  12. Manage daily office administration, liaising with PRO, HR, and handling country-specific matters.
  13. Manage pantry orders and coordinate with facility management for parking, lease agreements, insurance, and janitorial services.
  14. Provide basic IT and office support, including internet renewal, router replacement, IT asset management, and maintenance.
  15. Manage travel logistics and answer landline calls.
  16. Support leadership with reports, correspondence, and other tasks.
  17. Oversee medical insurance renewal and follow-up.
  18. Perform other duties as required based on business needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting executive roles, preferably in tech startups or large tech companies.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience supporting local and international offices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • An outgoing and bubbly personality is essential.
