Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the storage, tracking, and movement of IT products and equipment.
2. Ensure inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demands without overstocking.

Shipping and Delivery Coordination:

1. Plan and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
2. Coordinate with transportation providers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

Vendor and Supplier Relations:

1. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
2. Negotiate contracts and resolve any issues related to shipments or deliveries.

Team Supervision:

1. Manage logistics staff, including warehouse personnel and drivers, ensuring adherence to company policies.
2. Provide training and support to team members to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Compliance and Safety:

1. Ensure all logistics operations comply with legal regulations and company standards.
2. Implement safety procedures and conduct regular audits to maintain a secure work environment.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

1. Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
2. Prepare detailed reports on logistics performance and present findings to management.

Customer Service:

1. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
2. Resolve any issues or complaints related to logistics operations promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
2. 0-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the IT sector.
3. Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
