A leading company in the fintech sector is seeking an Offensive Security Specialist to lead red team operations and safeguard its infrastructure. This role involves conducting penetration tests, developing exploits, and collaborating with DevSecOps to enhance security. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in ethical hacking and relevant certifications.
We’re seeking an Offensive Security Specialist to lead red team operations and simulate real-world attacks against our fintech infrastructure. You’ll uncover vulnerabilities, develop exploits, and test defenses to ensure we stay ahead of evolving threats. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ethical hacking, adversary simulation, and red teaming in high-stakes environments.
� What You’ll Do:
• Conduct red team operations and penetration tests (internal/external)
• Execute social engineering and phishing simulations
• Identify vulnerabilities and develop custom exploits
• Assess and map attack surfaces across systems and applications
• Use tools like Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, BloodHound, and Burp Suite
• Document findings, create risk-based reports, and recommend fixes
• Align offensive testing with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and NIST
• Collaborate with DevSecOps to build more secure systems through continuous testing
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, InfoSec, or a related field
• 4+ years of hands-on offensive security or red teaming experience
• Proficient with Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, BloodHound, Burp Suite
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
• Deep understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS, OWASP
• Preferred certifications: OSCP, CRTP, CEH, GPEN, or similar
