DRE are currently growing an already successful Off Plan division and will require a capable leader to run the department. As the Off Plan Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in managing a new team from the UK as well as supporting the Off Plan sales activities of those already in the company. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the Dubai Off Plan market, demonstrating a successful track record in selling properties. The candidate should have a proven leadership background while showcasing the ability to motivate and manage a team, and the capability to monitor performance and conduct regular sales reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales and leasing strategies to achieve business targets
Monitor agent activity and ensure visibility from clients
Attend property and developer launches
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and leasing team to deliver exceptional results
Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring seamless transactions and client satisfaction
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
Build and develop existing developer relationships
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance business strategies
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on team performance, market trends, and key metrics
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in the Dubai off plan real estate market
Strong background in off plan property sales
Demonstrated leadership skills with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role
Presentable with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market
In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
