We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Off Plan Brokers to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialise in facilitating the sale of off-plan properties, providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them invest in Dubai's vibrant real estate market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients interested in off-plan properties.
  • Provide expert advice on off-plan developments, market trends and investment opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales process from client consultation to closing deals efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to stay updated on new projects and promotional offers.
  • Negotiate contract terms and assist clients through the purchasing and financing process.
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of the UAE real estate market and off-plan projects to better serve clients.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent, preferably with experience in off-plan property sales.
  • Sales experience in another field with transferable skills.
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and off-plan developments.
