As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for Off-Plan Real Estate Agents to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah

Role Overview

As an Off-Plan Real Estate Agent in Ras Al Khaimah, you'll play a vital role in helping clients invest in one of the UAE’s most exciting and emerging markets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting with clients to assess their investment goals and preferences
  • Staying informed on off-plan project launches, prices, and trends in RAK
  • Presenting and promoting suitable properties to potential buyers
  • Negotiating contracts and securing successful transactions
  • Ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and legally compliant
  • Supporting clients from inquiry through to handover and beyond
  • Building long-term relationships with investors, developers, and fellow agents

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience (real estate is a plus, but not mandatory)
  • Strong interest in property, investment, and off-plan opportunities
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a bonus
  • Professional appearance and confident, client-focused mindset
  • Self-motivated, performance-driven, and eager to grow
  • UAE driving license and car (preferred)
